UK Deliveries

Standard Delivery free of charge

UK Standard orders are delivered by UK Mail, require a signature and is delivered the next day of the order being processed.

Next Working Day orders placed on Monday – Thursday before 1:30pm will be processed that day and will be delivered the following day. Any orders placed on Monday – Thursday after 1:30pm will be processed the next working day and will be delivered the following working day.

If you place an order before 1:30pm on Friday the order will be delivered the following week on the Monday, if you place an order after 1:30pm on a Friday the order will be processed the following week on Monday for delivery on Tuesday.

Saturday Delivery

Orders placed for Saturday delivery before 1:30pm on Friday will be processed that day, any orders after 1:30pm on a Friday will be delivered the following Saturday.


Northern Ireland and Channel Island

Northern Ireland and Channel Island orders are delivered by Royal Mail Special Delivery and require a signature.  Delivery will take between 2 – 3 working days.


International Deliveries.

Europe: 3 – 5 day postage by Royal Mail is free of charge.

Europe: 2 – 3 day DHL delivery ( requires a signature) £ 19.99

Delivery to Rest of World 3-5 day DHL delivery ( requires a signature): £29.99

Delivery to Russia: £29.99


Duties and Taxes

Please note:

Non EU and Non US deliveries may be subject to additional duties and taxes.

Any applicable Duties and Taxes on deliveries must be settled by the recipient. Please check with your local customs and duties office for more information on these charges.


UK Returns policy:

We only do full refunds the garment is faulty. If you are not satisfied with the product we do not do refunds but can issue you a credit note for an exchange.

International returns:

If you live outside of the UK, we regret that return costs are the responsibility of the customer and that exchanges cannot be processed. For all returns, please follow the steps below.


Faulty items

If your product is faulty, please follow the instructions as above for returns.

Products returned to us by you due to a defect will be refunded in full, including a refund of the delivery charges and any cost incurred by you in returning the item to us.

Returns policy

All items must be returned in an unworn (re-saleable) and unwashed condition with the correct invoice, packaging and swing tag still attached.

All un-damaged, correctly returned products will be credited to the original purchaser’s credit card including sales taxes for all EU country shipments.

We are able to exchange items for UK based customers only.

We strongly recommend you obtain a free ‘Certificate of Posting’ from the Post Office, as we will not accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.

International customs duties, shipping costs and sales taxes are non-refundable for shipments outside the European Community (EU).

International customers must clearly write ‘return’ or ‘unwanted goods’ on the label of their returns parcel to avoid extra unnecessary customs charges.
